No cancellations are entertained for services that MY PULMO CARE has offered under promotional offers, special occasions, or discounted periods. These are limited-time offers, and therefore cancellations are not possible under any circumstances.

MY PULMO CARE also reserves the right to cancel a user's account at any time without prior notice and, where applicable, process a refund at its sole discretion.

Refund Policy

At MY PULMO CARE, we strive to provide high-quality online pulmonology consultation services that meet our patients' expectations.

If a patient is not completely satisfied with our services, they may request a refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days and will be credited either as account credits or directly to the patient's bank account.

If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. For payments made through a payment gateway, the refund will be credited to the same bank account or payment source used for the transaction.
